Eating healthy at work is no easy feat but KIND makes it simple says Redbook

Nutrition expert, Keri Gans, visited Redbook to ‘make over’ the staff’s snack choices by offering examples of satiating and healthy snacks that help you to avoid the 4 o’clock trip to the vending machine. Instead of bite-size candy bars, Keri recommended snacking on better-for-you KIND minis and suggested topping cottage cheese with KIND Healthy Grains instead of eating sugar-laden yogurt!
