Don’t mistake whole grain for multigrain

Nutrition expert, Rachel Brandeis, visited CBS Atlanta to clear up the confusion between deceiving multigrain and wholesome whole grain products. To ensure you are getting good-for-you whole grains, Rachel advised viewers to read the first ingredient on the list. If the first ingredient includes the word whole – like KIND Healthy Grains does – throw it in your shopping cart!
