A KIND Thanksgiving

In addition to the overwhelming amount of kindness that our community displayed in support of Hurricane Sandy victims, KINDAHOLICS across the country united to make a BIG KIND Act happen for those in need.  Because enough KINDAHOLICS gave thanks to someone who has impacted their lives, we will be providing Thanksgiving meals to families facing hunger.

We are proud to be part of such a caring community and were especially touched by the following stories.  We’ll be sending each of the following KINDAHOLICS a KIND Cube to thank them for sharing their moving stories.  Thanks to everyone for making another BIG KIND Act happen.

My little sister just moved away for college and is very scared of being so far away from home. Every week I write her a letter telling her whats going on around here and I send her care packages since I know that money is tight for her. – Merry M.

I took my high school drama teacher out to lunch and told him how much he impacted my life in a positive way. He was so  touched. – Lawrie G.

My children helped one of my friends in need when her mother passed away. I am so proud of my children for their kindess and for going out on their own to help someone in need. I love them so much and they inspire me! – Erin D.

Thanks to my sis for helping me financially even when she was struggling herself.  – Cyndy R.

I give thanks to my big sister and her husband for taking me out of the foster home and bringing me into their home when I was just a kid. Those were the best times of my young life. – Robert M.
