Send kids back to school with fruits and nuts to keep them fueled

Nutrition expert, Linda Farr, visited CBS San Antonio with advice on healthy back to school snacks. Linda recommended putting together a homemade trail mix of fruits and nuts or choosing KIND as a tasty, less expensive, pre-portioned alternative. Linda emphasized that snacks should be treated as mini meals and suggested dipping pieces of KIND in yogurt for a combination of carbs and protein that will keep kids fuller longer.
