Prevention tells us which energy bars are actually healthy

Following a list of five unhealthy energy bars that are loaded with added sugar, Prevention Magazine selected one snack bar that is actually good for you: KIND. Editors recommended KIND Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachio + Antioxidants, because it is “a powerhouse package of antioxidant-rich foods” and provides 4g of fiber and 3g of protein.
